Client: DeLille Cellars

DeLille Cellars, a pioneer of Bordeaux-style wines in Washington State, hired the Brand Studio at DWS Co to evolve their company branding. Beginning with a comprehensive brand strategy & positioning process to create a position to lean to the future & new and broader wine audiences and channels, a full brand strategy, M/V/V and guidelines was developed, including a restructuring of their wine tiers. Core branding was developed, including a new visual identity, suite of logos across their sub-brands, and new packaging (labels & capsules) for their Essential, Exclusive, Cellar Reserve & Legacy wine tiers. DWS Co developed an elegant evolution of their core visual identity, as well as expressive secondary brand assets, including logo variations and a bespoke illustration style. The application of these new brand assets to new wine labels was done very intentionally with DeLille audiences in mind; You will see a sophisticated and prominent brand across all wines going forward, creating an elevation to a larger aspirational audience and a truly cohesive lifestyle wine brand.
