DWS Co is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing design team. While primarily focused on retail concept and store design, this position will have the opportunity to work on other project types including hospitality and multi-family residential design across the country. We are looking for seasoned candidates who have experience in retail store design and construction. This position will be responsible for managing multiple retail projects from end-to-end (site survey through construction). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and brings a strong work ethic, attention-to-detail, and a positive attitude to the table every single day. Outstanding project management and communication skills are required.
