Prior to joining DWS in early 2023, Leigh held a variety of roles across her 16 years at Starbucks HQ. She gained extensive experience in all facets of complex supply chain, store development for international market growth, project management and commercialization for single-use packaging innovation, as well as sourcing for store design elements such as finishes, furniture, artwork and signage.

A proud Chicagoland native, Leigh’s hands-on design industry experience began 20 years ago when she was a film student at Columbia College, and worked at an interior architecture design firm. Her passion for design, materials and precision craft work has only evolved since.

Outside of work, Leigh is an avid cold water surfer, baseball-lover, forager, sewist, soap-maker, crafter, Lisagor-nominated writer, and musician.
