The Summit at Sausalito is a multi-family residential property located in Sausalito, CA. We were hired to redesign all of the common area spaces throughout the property. We've titled the concept for this property, North Bay Craft. Inspiration is born from Sausalito’s bohemian heritage that has given the town its reputation as an art colony and home to many notable artists, musicians and writers. Hand crafted elements such as carved wood, woven wicker and textural ceramic elements lend to a relaxed, informal vibe while more refined materials such as soft velvets, warm brass and polished stone elevate the palette. Sausalito’s prominent “shingle style” of architecture is celebrated on building exteriors and is a consistent theme throughout the property.
