Brio Apartments is a multi-family residential property located in Glendale, CA. We call the concept for this one "Refined Baja." Inspired by existing finishes on site and relevant for the area, Refined Baja creates a cohesive story line throughout the property using a neutral background with playful pops of color, pattern and texture.

DWS Co designed all of the amenity spaces throughout the property, selected the exterior paint scheme for this building and the townhomes across the street, as well as provided full FF&E services for the project including - sourcing, ordering, logistics, storage, delivery, installation, and final staging.
