When the time came for DWS Co, to move out of our coworking office into a space of our own, the historic Terminal Sales Building checked all the boxes. The architectural charm, proximity to the bustling Pike Place Market, and stellar views made the choice easy.
The main workspace is light, bright and neutral to let our designs and materials shine. Meeting and conference rooms were designed with color themes representing the palette of the Pacific Northwest: Canyon, Marine, Fern, and Clay.
