Mira Vista Apartments is a multi-family residential property located in Antioch, CA. We were hired to redesign all of the common area spaces throughout the property.

Spanish Modern at Mira Vista Hills: Inspiration is born from the architectural style of the site - Mira Vista Hills and the surrounding city of Antioch. Textural plaster walls and Spanish style terracotta tiled roofs are honored and given a fresh perspective through the use of clean, crisp whites punctuated with black architectural elements such as pergolas and black
trimmed windows. Natural materials add an additional layer of warmth and texture - warm woods, woven wicker, cozy upholstery and stone elements.
